This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to align with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. What we collect
When you order or make an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, company name where given, and the content of your enquiry. When you pay, payment is handled by our payment provider and we do not receive or store your full card number.
We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
2. Why we use it
- Fulfilling orders
- Processing, packing, delivering and supporting your order.
- Answering enquiries
- Responding to retail, trade, event and wedding enquiries.
- Legal obligations
- Tax, accounting and food traceability records.
- Marketing
- Only where you have opted in, and you can withdraw at any time.
3. Who we share it with
Delivery partners, payment processors and IT service providers, each only to the extent needed to do their job. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider is outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure comparable protection as the PDPA requires.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for the order and then for the period our tax and accounting obligations require. Enquiry records are kept for 24 months Indicative. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
5. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent for any purpose you previously agreed to. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer fulfil an order.
