Shipping Policy

We deliver across Singapore and offer collection from our premises at Tagore 8 by appointment.

1. Where we deliver

Mainland Singapore. We do not currently deliver to Sentosa, offshore islands, restricted military zones or airport transit areas, and we do not ship internationally.

2. Lead times

Cakes are baked to order, so allow 2 to 3 working days Indicative from order confirmation. Beverages held in stock are usually despatched the next working day Indicative. Trade and pallet orders are scheduled individually.

3. Delivery charges

4. Collection

Collection is from 421 Tagore Industrial Avenue, #02-04, Tagore 8, Singapore 787805, by appointment only. Please call 8685 6091 to arrange a slot and bring your order reference.

5. Cold chain

Chilled items travel in insulated packaging. Once delivered, refrigerate promptly. We cannot accept a claim for an item left unrefrigerated after a successful delivery.

6. Failed deliveries

If nobody is available to receive a perishable order and it cannot be left safely, the driver will attempt to contact you and then return the item to our premises. A redelivery charge applies, and we cannot guarantee that a perishable item will still be fit to send.

7. Delays

We will tell you as soon as we know about a delay. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, or other events outside our reasonable control, but where a dated order such as a wedding cannot be met we will discuss a refund.
