These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

AKHDOR (SG) PTE. LTD. is a company incorporated in Singapore, UEN 202416383W, with its registered office at 421 Tagore Industrial Avenue, #02-04, Tagore 8, Singapore 787805. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.

2. Products and brands

We are a distributor. The products sold on this site are manufactured by third-party brands, and we describe them using information those brands supply. We take reasonable care that descriptions, images and specifications are accurate, but product formulations, packaging and pack sizes can change without notice.

Product images are illustrative. The item delivered may differ in appearance from the image shown.

3. Allergens and dietary information

Our products are made in facilities that handle eggs, dairy, wheat, nuts and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from any specific allergen. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, check the packaging before consuming and contact us if you need further information.

4. Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm despatch or collection, and a contract forms only at that point. We may decline an order, including where an item is unavailable, where the price displayed was incorrect, or where we cannot deliver to the address given.

Prices are in Singapore dollars. Where a price is shown as indicative or on enquiry, it is not a quotation and does not bind us.

5. Trade and bulk orders

Trade, corporate, event and wedding orders are quoted individually and are governed by the quotation issued for them. Where that quotation conflicts with these terms, the quotation prevails.

6. Intellectual property

The layout, text and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. Brand names, logos and product imagery belong to their respective owners and are used with permission for the purpose of distributing those products.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under Singapore law.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
