Return Policy

Last updated 7 August 2026 · AKHDOR (SG) PTE. LTD. · UEN 202416383W

This policy is a drafted default for a Singapore food and drink distributor. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be confirmed by AKHDOR (SG) PTE. LTD. before the site goes live.

We sell food. That shapes what we can and cannot take back, and this policy explains where the line sits.

1. Food items cannot be returned once accepted

For food safety reasons, cakes, bakery items and beverages cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been delivered and accepted, unless the item is faulty as described below. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Check your order on delivery

Please check your order in front of the driver where possible. If something is damaged, missing or incorrect, tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and its packaging.

3. What counts as faulty

We will replace or refund an item that arrives damaged in transit, arrives outside its stated condition (for example a chilled item delivered warm), is not the item you ordered, or is within its date code but is unfit to eat.

We cannot treat a flavour you did not enjoy as a fault. If a cake is not to your taste, tell us anyway, because we pass that back to the bakery.

4. How we put it right

Where a claim is accepted, you may choose a replacement on the next available delivery slot, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days Indicative of the claim being accepted.

5. Cancelling before despatch

Cakes are baked to order. You may cancel a retail order without charge up to 48 hours Indicative before the scheduled delivery or collection date. After that, the order has entered production and cannot be cancelled.

6. Trade, event and wedding orders

Bulk orders are governed by the cancellation and deposit terms in their own quotation, which override this policy.

7. Making a claim

Email enquiry@akhdor.sg or call 8685 6091 with your order reference, what went wrong, and photographs.
